Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all software development services ("Services") provided through hireanirudha.com ("Anirudha"), owned and operated by Talmale Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), CIN: U62099MH2025OPC446202. This policy is part of and governed by our Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Services

Our Services are custom software development delivered on a time-and-materials basis. Work begins as soon as funds are added to your project balance and a task is described. Because our team begins work immediately upon receiving a request, we cannot reverse or undo time already spent.

2. No Refunds

All payments — whether made via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) or PayPal (cards, PayPal balance) — are non-refundable once processed. This includes:

• Balance top-ups of any amount
• Payments for work already started or completed
• Payments for work you later decide not to proceed with
• Partial or unused balances remaining in your account

3. No Cancellations

Once a payment is captured and funds are added to your project balance, the transaction cannot be cancelled. You may stop requesting new work at any time, but funds already added to your balance are not eligible for return.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, card issuer, or payment provider (Razorpay/PayPal) after receiving Services constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend your account and access to all deliverables
• Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus associated costs
• Use chat logs, timestamps, and delivered code as evidence of service rendered

5. What You Get

Your payment funds a project balance that is consumed as our team works on your requests. You receive:

• Transparent, real-time updates via chat on all work performed
• Delivered code, files, and deployments as described in chat
• A visible balance showing funds remaining versus work consumed

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error in how your balance was charged, please contact us via the chat portal or email at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge in question. We will review and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
